Yessica Martinez
Hi! My name is Yessica and I am a NASM certified personal trainer ready to help you achieve your fitness goals.
As a competitive cheerleader I quickly realized the importance of weight lifting and the discipline needed to make fitness a part of my lifestyle. Once I entered the gym I became obsessed and never looked back. Experiencing and viewing the impact fitness has had on myself and the people around me grew my passion for training. Traits built in the gym such as confidence, longevity, high energy and strength cannot be bought- only worked for. I believe fitness should be as fun as it is challenging in order to grow and stay consistent.
I specialize in toning and hypertrophy. Fitness is not a one-size-fits-all, which is why I am dedicated to creating a personalized fitness regime to help you look and feel your best! Whether you’ve never stepped into a gym or are returning after a break, you’ll have clear structure, support, and accountability every step of the way.
Aside from the gym, I love traveling and challenging myself with trying out new things. During my free time I’m likely spending quality time with friends and family or looking for the next concert to go to!
